What this site collects
This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party embeds, and no cookies set by us. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The only information collected is what you type into the inquiry form and submit deliberately:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your organisation
- The inquiry type you select
- For product inquiries: application, estimated quantity, torque, speed, voltage, and timeline — all optional except the application description
- Your message
How it is used
Solely to answer your inquiry, and to understand what requirements potential customers have while the first actuator platform is being specified. Requirements may inform design decisions in aggregate. Your details are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Submissions are delivered by email to the mailbox matching your selected inquiry type. Delivery is handled by a configurable transport — currently an email service provider — which processes the message in transit. Depending on that provider’s infrastructure, data may be processed outside your country.
Server logs record the submission for operational purposes, including diagnosing delivery failures.
Abuse prevention
The form includes a hidden field that automated submissions tend to fill in, and a rate limit keyed on a coarse identifier derived from your connection’s IP address. The identifier is held in memory only, for the duration of the rate-limit window, and is not stored or logged alongside your submission.
Retention
Inquiry emails are retained for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant. You can ask for your inquiry and any related correspondence to be deleted at any time.
Your requests
Email mustafakhann050@gmail.com to ask what has been recorded about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. No account or verification process is required — the inquiry thread itself is the record.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the “last reviewed” date at the top will change with it.
